Just updated on March 2014 plus instruction release on 26 april plus i used fedex so
That in case there is major change while on the way i can request to return it back at my expense.
No changes,so we made the right decision. We definitely one among thousands of applicants to be included in the cap. Lets wait

Need expert advise mga kabayan. I'm planning to apply for FSWP. I have a couple of questions that I cant find the answers in the Help Center.

My Passport will expire on Dec 6, 2014. Renewal would take time and I don't want to wait for my new passport before Sending my application. BTW, I'm the principal applicant and I'm also including my wife in my application. Her passport will also soon expire this month. My Question is, can we go ahead and send our application despite the concerns or our passports expiry?

We had the same situation. Ung sakin, nagpa-renew na kaming mag asawa before kami mag susubmit for 2014. Kasi ayaw kong maging cause ng delay ang pag contact sa kanila to update my info. Pero it's up to u.

Pag courier, no need. as long correct yung address, makakarating yan.

I think ung sa wife mo ang magkakaproblem.
It must be valid by the time it is being assessed.
Yong sayo pede pa yan pero dapata parenew ka na
a month before expiration.

Visit the cic website,in memory there is certain duration for passport
Sorry i just cant remember exactly...this one is hard and you have to sure for for this..

Ang tanda ko regarding passport it is recommended that it is still valid for at least two years from filinh to prevent delay. Kasi ang processing ng visa halos two years.

Ganon ba, sayang kasi ang time. My 2013 application was returned kasi - cap reached. I sent it July 2013 and don't want to run to the same problem again. Anyway, thanks for the advise, I may also consider waiting for my new passport, 45 days pa daw. Good luck to us all.
