I've read his thread din. I'm eagerly waiting for him to post his list of job duties which CIO rejected. I want to see what CIO found wrong with the job duties kasi 2281 din ang plano kong applyan... just want to learn from his experience.

Hi..u can probably try sending CIC an email about your situation then send them the details of the new card. There are cases na CIC considered the pahabol documents, there were those naman na hindi. There's no harm in trying anyway.

The only problem with that is if this is his first time applying, we would not have the UCI number. And base on global thread, it will be hard or almost impossible for CIO to match the new documents/information to the application which he initially sent. Because you can imagine the mountain of applications they have on their table. Though Shusheya can still try G4's suggestion, since tama sya, no harm in trying...

But just in case, they still return your application, let's just hope that your NOC is not one of those in the hot list. If its not 2174, 1112 or 2173 then, you should still have time to reapply.

Madami talagang binabalik ang CIO na application due to NOC mismatch. Kaya nakakakaba talaga. Zander18 (the guy from the thread) was quite sure of his NOC. Kaya I myself am worried, kasi for me my list it looks like a match pero baka sa mata ng CIO, hindi...

I haven't sent my application yet, still waiting for 2 of my previous employers to send me the signed list of duties... My God its been a month! Hindi mo naman sila pwede harassin, kasi you're asking a request from them na nga eh. And they're not oblige to give it to you naman. Kaya dyahe din mangulit ng mangulit. sigh.

I wish they would understand how important this list is for the success of our application so that HR or ex-HR and employers can stop giving us crappy and generic list that's just 3 bullets long ... sigh.

NOC 3012 Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses ? No way, that NOC is far from hot. Malaki pa chance mo to re-apply!

Basing it from the below data, I'm not seeing it as a hot NOC. Especially this year with 1000 cap. Try to compare the numbers on 3012 to other NOCs and you'll see what I mean.

3012 is not as hot as it used to be. Just make sure to quadruple check your documents before sending it to CIC dahil mukhang butas ng karayom ang dadaanan sa initial stage of checking. Mas matinik sila ngayon sa pagsuri ng files at mabagal mag release ng PERs.

Hello!

In my case, nilagay ko yung family ko sa Dependents area ng form pero I only prepared a DD for myself only. Kasi wala kami relatives sa Canada, plano namin is i-petition ko nalang sila mga 3 years (once settled) siguro kasi meron din kasi ako baby. Baka kasi mahirapan mag adjust doon. Ok lang ba ito?
