Hi, unlike other Visa offices, CEM does not inform applicants that their applications have reached their office. The SLUs in our ECAS will tell us that our applications are being processed by CEM, though. So, I guess we just have to wait for that update or any communication from CEM in our inboxes.

yes you can email manila visa ofc to check if your application is with them. i am also dec 24 applicant.

Yes, we're free to contact CEM, especially if you think you're way behind the processing times (14 months). Some say they don't respond quickly, but I think it's worth the try.

congrats po!!! same tayo slu. as in nung july 27 po started ang processing or july 27 nyo nkita ang slu??? kasi ako po july 30 ngappear ang ecas pero they started processing my application last july 27..

Yes po, i email them inquiring when did they received my application. First you will received an email acknowledging your letter. then after 3days they will answer your queries po. Just give your application # ,your bday, Uci#, etc for their reference.

Hi vduller! Base on my experience the school (USC) that I also asked for my credentials for WES evaluation does not send TOR directly to WES. What they did was they processed my TOR and placed it inside a sealed envelope with the school's dry seal on it and I was the one who had it couriered to WES. Eventually WES processed my application for evaluation. Hope this helps!
