1. For me as principal applicant, original copy of NBI clearnce using middle name XXXX (misspelled). Misspelled kase yung middle name ko na nasa birth certificate ko but this was already corrected and certified true copy of birth certificate was submitted. Paano po ang gagawin ko dito? Can I just submit a new NBI clearance and attach again copy of my original birth certificate with the correction on my middle name?

imho, the best way to do this is provide the corrected documents with an affidavit of discrepancy to explain why the initial document was mis spelled.

2. My husband worked abroad (KSA) for few years (2 employment contract) but decided to stay here in the Philippines when we started preparing our application. CEM is asking for POLICE CERTIFICATE FROM KSA WITH ENGLISH TRANSLATION. Anyone here can help me on this please? Paano po yung process nito now that my husband has been staying here in the Philippines for more than a year already?

Since you may not have enough time, you should prepare a letter to the CEM stating why you will be delayed in submitting the Police Cert and that you need more time.

3. CEM is also requesting for my husband's copy of EXIT CLEARANCE from KSA. He has a copy of this but it's in ARABIC. Do we still need this to be translated to ENGLISH?

I think you will need it translated. You can request for English translation through LEXCODE - you can have everything done through email and online and they will even ship the translated document to you. This will cost you about 1.5 - 2.5k.

By the way, yung mga interested to get a cheaper rate going to Toronto this September, aside from Sta. Raphael (kelangan kasi mag punta sa office to personally swipe the credit card so naghanap ako ng ibang options), I checked PAL and ongoing ang Budget Economy nila for USD684.30 adult and USD519.30 child (2-11 yo). Since mura ko makukuha, I chose good seats for USD150 for the 3 of us (myself, hubby and baby). Sulit na It's a long flight and important e yung comfortable

tanong ko lang po, ano po kaya factors bakit mtagal narereceive ang PER? di po ba kung hind naman bumalik application mo eh it means na process na po yun? meron po bang bearing kung saan yung selected cities mo or yung NOC mo? totoo po ba after 6 months pwede na po kayong mgfollow up para sa mga FSW2014 applicants?

medyo i'm just worried kasi sa application ko ang nakalagay po kasi na email dun sa Generic Form eh yung email ng consultant ko po which is CIC.. tapos sa address din po nkalagay din yung address ng CIC.. so dependent talaga ako sa kanila, sila mgiinform po sakin instead direct from CIO.. meron po ba dito nktangap ng PER from CIC within 6 months? okay po ba yung CIC dun sa mga kumuha din ng service nila..?

Btw, about s luggage 23kg x 2 per person un? So if 3 kami Pwede max nmin 23 x 6? Dapat b ung per luggage is 23kg? If yes then 6x luggage
