Tagal tlga magsend ng st lukes ermita. I had my medical exams last may 6 til now dpa nasesend eh ok nmn daw results ko no need to have additional tests. I called them khpon sabi today daw send then i called again knina, tom aftrn daw kc nakapila pa sa mga doctors..deadline ng 30days period binigay sakin ng cem is may 20 na pati.

sa May 30 na ang due ng MR + RPRF ko pero bukas pa lang ako magpapa-medical exam sa St. Lukes Ermita...
sana maipasa nila sa CEM ang result ng medical exam on time.

@iwantcanada, ni-require po ba kayo na mag-MMR vaccine?

For my case, i received the email immediately after the transaction was completed.
Pro pde mo rn nmn maprint ung receipt after mo magbayad db? Nprint mo ba or at least nasave as pdf?

I am married with 2 kids. We had our medicals in Cebu Doctor's Hosp. And they were
really Fast and reliable.. Also, the physician did not request for MMR vaccines for the four of us.. Even with my kids...

Plus, they let us have our results...

Hello! My application was submitted last May 2014 but since I was pregnant then, nadelay ung application ko as I'm unable to do my Xray then. I recently completed my medical and was asked to submit NEWBORN passport biopage. Sa PH embassy dto sa SG kssi it takes 10 weeks to get the passport and the Manila Visa Office just responded today that they're giving an extension, at maximum of 1 month.

Any similar experience from the folks here? Nagreply nko sa Manila Visa office requesting reconsideration if the extension to July, which is the time my newborn passport becomes available. May nakaexperience na ba sa inyo to further request extension from the earlier date provided?

Sobrang hirap dto sa SG kasi walang option for expedite processing rin kasi.

IOM makati at st. lukes BGC & ermita extension lang po alam ko accredited dito ng CEM para sa medical

Yup, save as pdf file and follow below instruction of CEM indicated at the letter sent to you...

Upon successful completion of your online payment, a PDF receipt will be sent to the email address provided during the online payment registration process. Please retain a copy of the receipt and forward the receipt to MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca with the following information:

Subject line: Payment for E12345678
Body: Full name and date of birth of the principal applicant


Then don't forget to rename the file as per instruction...

File name of each PDF document must follow this format:
Application number<space>Last Name<space>Given Name<space>Type of Document

Hi, reading this forum really gives me more information about FSW, even more than I already know. Last night, I reviewed our documents and I was scrutinizing everything including BCs of children. I came to realize that my husband's occupation (main applicant) in the BCs of my kids was put NONE there when in fact he was really working during those years. And those employment details were even declared in his FSW application. Anyone who knows similar case? Would that mean rejection in CEM? Really worried here. Any inputs would mean so much to me. Thank you very much.

Hi kaeleemom, sa pinas din kami magmumula going to canada. i will be going back by end June so ung bank draft magrerequest nko s posb before ako umuwi. I've read from their website that 3 months ang validity ng bank draft. I will ask my sister in law n maginquire n s bank s toronto kung may limit b ang encashment ng bank draft and how much ang handling fee. Update kita once may info nko.

If madali lang pala i-clear ung bank draft why taking risk to bring huge cash on hand? Lalo na if u will be departing from Phils... Taking precautions lang po kasi mahirap ng may biglang d natin inaasahan db..
