Note! I have my basic COE (na walang job duties) from Accenture and an affidavit containing my duties declared/signed by my immediate sup. Only the letter of explanation as to why they[Accenture] could not provide the duties in the basic COE ang wala ako.

If you are unable to provide any of the requested documentation, include with your application, a written explanation with full details as to why that documentation is not available and any documentation that would support your claim. If your application lacks any of the documents without a reasonable justification, it will be returned to you or could result in the refusal of your application.

Huwat? ang dali lang naman mag request sa AC ng letter of explanation. actually sila pa nga nag suggest ng letter of explanation since hinihingi ko dapat may JD.

We end up requested for COE + letter of Explanation since hindi nga sila nagpro-provide letter w/ JD.
That's all we will submit since hindi naman ako mag claim ng points from Exccenture experience.
 
Guys question, sa mga nag consultancy last year na na cap reached and DIY ngayon, sinubmit niyo pa ba yung "Use a Representative" form by cancelling a representative?

whats the excel reason behind this? He he he :-) just curious
 
Ako ang principal applicant pero sa husband ko nakapangalan bank account. pwede ba yun?

if there are two questions in one form such as country of issuance and issuing country, more or less these two require two diff answers as explained vy blinvia.

However, tinksie is correct because Philippine embassy is an extension of Philippines. And if you are in the Phil embassy wherever it may be you are in Philippine jurisdiction. And since the country of citizenship issues the passport, the the issuing country is your country of citizenship.

Pag dual citizen ka you can have two passports.

Thank you for the clarification. I really appreciate it. I understand na sa pag fill-up ng mga immigration forms, we have to be very careful with our answers. Napansin ko lang, sa pagiging "maingat" nga natin, nagiging literal na po tayo sa mga tanong. Sa section po ng General application Form na yun, is for us to identify our nationality. A passport is a document certifying identity and nationality.

I respect each and everyone's opinion. Maganda po ang thread na to, kasi nagtutulungan po tayo sa mga tanong na di natin kayang sagutin na mag-isa.

Sa akin po kasi, pag may nakita akong isang tanong dito na kapareho ng case ko, nakikisabat ako. All my answers are base on my personal experience. Kaya ang masakit nito, pag mali pala ang sagot ko sa tanong mo at sinunod mo ito, patay tayo pareho ;D

Opo nung nag-request ako before ng Basic COE and since walang JD, magprovide daw sila ng letter of explanation pero ayaw kasi nila i-scan nalang kya mejo hassle sa akin pagkuha nung physical copy dahil dito pa ko sa MY hanggang sa di ko na nga nakuha. Ngayon naman kung papakuha ko sa rep sa pinas matagal pa bago makuha e mag-file na ako maya :D

Pwede kaya gawa nalang me ng written explanation kung bakit di available yung JD and ang sabihin ko based dun sa fact sa email about confidentiality issues? tangapin po kaya ng CIC or hindi?

bosschips, I mean na-ta-type ko naman yung 0 or 0.00 then after I click somewhere outside of the field, nagiging blank ulit sya. wala namang validation. kaya handwritten ko nalang 0 hehe :D

Nagwork- ako sa Accenture pero 2 months lang. Still, kumuha pa rin ako sa kanila ng COE. Ako na lang din gumawa ng JD ko and gumawa din ako ng written explanation. And nag-attached din ako ng copy ng contract ko.

Try mo lang basta valid naman ang reason mo.

Nung nagvalidate kayo ng generic app form, ilang barcode yung naproduced? Sa akin 10 e. Di ko alam kung may mali akong ginawa.
