Hello Cherub, You can renew your passport before PPR. It shouldn't have any issue. You have supporting documents naman di ba to support your new surname and maiden name. Btw, here's the exact statment from PPR notice na binigay ng CEM.

"The validity of your passport(s) must be at least six (6) months beyond the visa validity date (note that any passport received with a shorter validity than the date shown above will result in a reduced validity for entry to Canada for all members of your family, if any)."

Less hassle sa inyo my family pala kau kami medyo kabado wala kaming relatives s Canada lakasan lng ng loob☺️

I renew mo n agad ung passport mo para handa ka na lesser time to waste p. Ako db kakarenew ko lang din ng pp ko para submit n lng agad kapag hinanap ni MVO. Complete documentation k nmn so u don't need to worry so much

Patulong naman sa mga taga manila... Ano po ba ang malalapit na hotels sa CFO office para sa PDOS?

Taga davao po kasi kami and May bata kaming kasama... Plano namin punta ng manila 3 days before ng flight to canada para di na magastos sa pamasahe.

Thank you Kitchie. The annulment filed was dismissed and not approved, unfortunately.

We received a letter from CEM dated April 7 asking for additional documents for her as my common-law partner. We submitted them and CEM received these on May 5. I have a few concerns, baka meron kayong idea about it:

- Makakaapekto kaya yung civil status niya sa application? We submitted the court documents from first notice until notice of decision ng annulment case.
- Ano ang timelines from time na nagsubmit ng additional documents until next update?

Hello po...instead n magpaprint & scan ka mag install k n lng ng cutepdf writer s pc/laptop mo automatic convert nya n agad yung receipt or any document into PDF save and then attache mo n lng s email mo ky CEM/MVO.

Free lng yan☺️
