Hi sino po dito nka experience ng ganitong situation. I was once married and got 1 daughter with my ex-husband but it's anulled already last year. And now i am married again for the 2nd time and with another new daughter. Nag apply kami dito sa fswp for canada as married with my new hubby. All is well yung processing namin at tapos na rin kami sa medicals namin. The problem is CEM emailed us asking for addtional documents regarding the NSO birth certificate of my 2nd daughter regarding the birth order discrepancy. Bakit daw "2nd" ang nkalagay sa NSO BC niya.. hindi ko kasi ininclude yung1st daughter ko sa application namin kasi wala siya sa side ko lumaki. Andun siya nkatira sa ex-husband ko. Is this a ground for visa refusal? Misrepresentation? Hindi ko siya dineclare sa dependents ko.

CEM asked for valid documents. I am planning to pass the NSO BC of my 1stdaughter para e-attached. The problem is makikita ng taga CEM na i was married before sa bottom part ng NSO BC ng 1st daughter ko. I do have my copy of court decision as null and void then a copy of finality from the court also. I can include it together with the NSO BC of my 1st daughter. Ang problema nga lang ay hindi ko diniclare ang previous marriage ko. Plase help need some advise.

Thank you! Yes, nagVFS den kame finally kasi wala talaga kameng nareceive na clear instruction panu ang transmission ng passports. When we checked the website of VFS, we got confused kasi hindi sya clear na pwedeng for PR visa stamping. However, we were relieved na pwede pala talaga nung pumunta kame duon so for those in SG, i think VFS is the safest and best option.

I want to give you +1 for your reply, paano po ba? ;D

no worries po. :) +1 to you, and congrats in advance. :) all the best!

A[size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt]ko din, March 16 pa yung 2nd line update. Still waiting for the Medical, RPRF, PCC requests.

Hope I know what's going on in there; although I know that there are the background checks, etc. but it's taking a bit longer compared to the others. We all know that it's a case to case basis... We want to know what's taking long in their background checks.

Anyway, they will inform us with any additional docs they need to satisfy their inquiries. It's just the waiting that's killing us when almost everybody is getting updates left & right...

I sent an CSE a month ago and waiting for the reply which may or may not come, if within the time frame.

Is the reply of GMCS counted in working days? I thought my brother sent the GMCS last month but sent it just last night pala.

Consultant said that the VO's are prioritizing the new 2015 applicants because of Canada's economic demand. The first batches of the EE was with job offers. That's why we can see that they are being processed ahead of us.

On this view, I am thinking of submitting another application, me as the principal. Because I have an arranged employer, which came 3-4 months after submission of my husband's fsw appln last year. The LMIA, etc. are still in process yet.

But of course that's another gastos and another effort - securing ECA... Although, the other requirements were already secured from this existing application. I had my IELTS already also... On the other hand, this might complicate the applications/case lang...

Any comments, mga kabayan?

Let's pray & hope God gives us what we are waiting for the soonest...

Bro, regarding this VFS. i have seen this mostly sa mga taga NDVO. Ito po ay option for sending our passports for stamping from here in SG to Manila VO? This is much safer than to use DHL & Fedex, di po ba?

Thanks

I think this is one of the many factors that our dear Manila VO has been so preoccupied. This threads below is for those Family Sponsorship program processing in Manila. and there are many other programs pa i believe that also going through Manila VO. Then as the recent addition of the EE system (prioritize amongst others), will surely have the impact on the processing speed including us FSWP.. :( In God's perfect time po, we'll be there. Let's just count our blessings at the moment and hope for the best outcome.

But i'm also wondering, how other VO's have been so efficient in terms of speedy process while they are all doing the same standard procedures. No one knows for sure.

God bless sa lahat ;)

Hi Byang, wala ba nag advise or suggestion si agency during your initial application preparation? Maybe you can try to ask them for this matter.

ang alam ko lng sir eh VFS provides passport transmission services pag may PPR request ka na from the Government of Canada, and sasubmit mo din yung request letter with it. so pagkakaintindi ko and i hope im not wrong, they will handle the transmission of your passports to and from the relevant VO and i find this much safer in my opinion. :) eto po website nila.

[size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt]I noticed that NDVO is doing great coz they're processing so much faster than ours. Their applicants are getting updates so fast even with the EE.

I wonder how MVO does their processing... Updates come trickles. Are they being so strict with us or what???!!!! Don't they have any targets / efficiency monitoring?
