hello mrssaintjames, congrats! ours will be delayed too because of sputum test. san kayo nagpamedical? kami sa IOM Makati, so its really 3months? good thing ok naman naman si hubby mo, si hubby kasi he just finished the sputum test last March18 so according to IOM wait daw till May 18 and may sinabi sya kanina nung tumawag eh, may instruction si CEM for xray test pa daw on June4 (?)...so talagang si CEM nagdedecide for that? Antagal kasi kaya sabi ko kung pwede sana na mas maaga pero instruction ni CEM daw.

but anyway, patience is a virtue nga sabi.

@kimchilover, almost 2 months po bago nakuha ng hubby ko yung Japan PCC niya. pa-tsek sa website ng Japanese embassy, kasi parang hinahanapan siya ng official request for PCC from CEM. Usually kasama nung MR yung PCC request. God bless at happy waiting. Sobrang nakakainip at exciting maghintay pero pag andyan na yung hinihintay mo, parang wala lang din after mo maging masaya, hehehe.

Question lang po sa mga nagpamedical na...either both IOM & SLEC:

1. Required po ba vaccination records even for 15year olds (hindi updated booster shots ng kid ko )? Or may age limit lang?
2. Do they both accept a photocopy of the Baby book? Or do they need orig? I read somewhere that I need to put Doctor's name & License number?
3. If we can't locate baby book, do they accept a certification signed by the doc?

Just wanna prepare beforehand to lessen delays and keep my mind busy while waiting for MR...

hello DDDD2014, i have a 16 and 15 yo kids and hinde naman kami hinanapan ng baby book sa IOM Makati...mabuti nalang din kasi sa totoo lang may baby book ako kaso isa lang. just in case, pwede mong dalhin sakaling hanapin but i doubt, pag ganyan na kalaki parang hinde na eh. wala rin akong dinala na any certification from their pedia, naisip ko pa nga na ipa-titers kaso ang mahal at depende sa vaccine yun (like titer sa hepa etc). nagworry din ako sa ganyan pero pagdating dun, wala naman...kahit nga yung recent xray ng bunso ko (kasi nagpaxray sya a week before our medical) hinde na tiningnan kasi di ba sabi dalhin ang xray if within 6mos. basta pagdating dun test, xray and physical exam na.

actually hindi ako sa japan embassy manila kukuha ng pcc, andito kasi ako ngayon sa seoul at pwede din dito. ngemail na ako sa kanila kahapon and ang sabi is 2 months ang processing. hindi ba masyado maaga kung kumuha na ko baka kasi mapaso yung 6months validity ng pcc kakakuha ko pa lng kasi ng per. ang trend ngayon is august pa lang at docs request muna bago ang mr.
