1. Good Morning sir you can secure his baptismal cert by going to the main parish sa barangay/province na nabinyag siya pagkakaalam ko may book sila doon basta remember yung details ng binyag dala ka na din Birth certificate.
2. Family tree gumawa kami ng ganito noon first application namen dahil under common law relationship kami, magstart ka sa parents or kung may kamg anak na nasa Canada dapat lilitaw, then sa inyo if you have spouse, lahat ng kapatid isama nio, nag google lang kami ng format then nag add nalang ng boxes for the names.

Thanks for your reply. Sabi ng dad ko wala daw sya talagang baptismal certificate eh, confirmation certificate lang. Will it work if we make an affidavit na wala syang baptismal certificate and provide the confirmation certificate? Kelangan ba original ung i-scan and pdf ko?

I'm confused on what I need to send - copies in PDF or originals. How is it usually phrased if original ung kelangan i-provide versus pdf via email lang? I had a request for the "baptismal certificate of father" and "copy of parent's marriage certificate".

hi ang tanong nabinyag ba si father? kasi specific sila sa hinihingi. ngayon if you opted to send additional documents via email attachments you should scan them and save them as PDF extension file, nasa setting ng scanner yun just follow the format name sa letter na Pinadala ng cem sayo eg. 0000123456 dela cruz juan personal history.

ang kelngan lang nila na original is nbi clearance and police clearance, kug isasabay mo additional documents ok na ang print out.
