I included my middle name as shown sa passport ko. Ginaya ko yung confirmation of PR ng kuya ko kasama yung middle name sa given name po

true. dapat kasama midle name sa given names, and sa surname is yung surname alone...in the western country they have two names whereas sa filipino our midle name is our mothers maiden name..

Yung iba they didn't include their middle name. First name lang. Alright so I will include my middle name and para consistent, kasama lagi ang middle name ko sa first name in all forms. Simple question yet hard to answer. mahirap kasi pag ni-return ang application. hehe. God bless!

May point ka. I checked my passport and hiwalay yung Given name sa Middle name. Now I'm confused haha.

I guess either is correct bsta dapat consistent lang all throughout the forms

Marami na siguro na-grant ng visa na either sinulat nila given name lang or both given name and middle name. This we need to confirm from those who were granted a visa

Sabagay! Confusing lang talaga kasi sa ibang countries wala silang middle name given name lang talaga. Sa birth certificate kasi naten First Name Middle Name Surname naman. Ngayon ko nga lang napansin nakalagay nga sa passport Given name tapos may Middle name nga lang na section haha

Makkgulo narin jan sa given names middle names.
Ako sa generic, supplementary travels, at economic di ko sinama ang middle name. Kasi as per passport given name ko nakahiwalay sa middle/p name/ gitnang pangalan.
Pero sa form additional family naka completo pati middle name ko kasi dire diretso sulat
lang yon di ba walang separate fields. One filed lang ang name.

Eto ngayon sa backround declaration ko. Blank lang dati ang pangalawang fileds ng given names, di ba isang taas at sa baba yon. Dati blank lang sa baba. Pero pinafill apan sa kin ng consultant. Pinalagay ang middle name ko. Dapat di daw blank. Reaction ko, ha ganon. Pati sa parents namin. So ayon. Di rin consistent.
