kapag naencash ang DD mo or na-charge ka sa CC, most likely may PER ka na meaning you passed the first step (you met the required points, your experience is accurate against the NOC you're claiming for, etc.), but once your file is transferred to the VO (e.g. in Manila), they can deny your application depending on some circumstances

cguro if sa qualification ka magkaproblema ptobably deretso deny pero mostly they will email you for something need for clarifications.

Yung CAP ba mag-count for every PER issued? or at the time na ma-receive ng CIO yung application, count na agad? Paano ang counting ng cap?

I'm applying for 2133, Electronics Engineer.

May effect ba yung WES credential evaluation ko aside from lower FSW points? Ang Canadian equivalency kasi ng 5 years Bachelors degree ko ay Electronics and Communication Engineering Technology Diploma for 3 years lang. Ang nakalagay kasi sa employment requirement sa NOC Code ay bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering or in an appropriate related engineering discipline......

Bumagsak kaya ako dahil technican ang result ng WES ko wherein ang aaplayan ko ay electronics engineer?

Please help me, self application kasi ang gagawin ko walang agent. Salamat.

I got my WES assessment today and same lang naman tayo ng degree ECE, pero I got four years canadian equivalent bachelors degree, kaya natakot ako nung nabasa ko yung post mo.

Guys I think CIO is starting to move. Saw this post sa main thread for FSW2014...

I have registered in this forum just today and it seems useful.

I am a Jordanian and I live in Saudi Arabia. I sent my application on 26th of April for NOC 2173 and it was received by CIO on 1st of May. Today, I got my CC charged. I got the message below, and I beleive it is from CIC

عملية شراء بمبلغ CAD 1550.00 في CITIZENSHIP & IMM FS في 22/05/2014 الساعة 19:31:14 بتوقيت المملكة بطاقة رقم

Just for your info

One more thing, the link to add entry in FSW 2014 sheet is blocked from Saudi Arabia, I think due to the abbreviation mechanism you use.

Anyone from UP here? Ngayon pa lang po kasi mag-papasa for application and would like to know your experience. With regards sa English translated Diploma, kailangan pa ba ng affidavit ng OUR para dun? Kailangan pa ba ipanotaryo? I hope you could provide your feedback. God bless us all.

Assumed it's okay kasi tinanggap naman ng WES.

tapos yung ipinasa ko sa CIC yun din, hindi notarized pero original copy nung english translated document (may signature from registrar) at yung copy ng original diploma din.
Assumed it's okay kasi tinanggap naman ng WES.
Pero para sure, pede mo siguro ipanotary, Php50 lang naman notary sa tabi-tabi.

Eto kasi nakalagay sa guide e kaya nalilito ako.

Translation of documents
Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:
• the English or French translation; and
• an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
• a certified copy of the original document.
Note: An affidavit is a document on which the translator has sworn, in the presence of a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which
the translator is living, that the contents of their translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document. Translators who
are certified members in good standing of one of the provincial or territorial organizations of translators and interpreters of Canada do not need to supply an
affidavit.

Tapos sa first page naman ng checklist nakalagay if your documents are not in english or french, send a notarized(certified) translation with a copy of the original version.

By the way, natnggap na po ba ng CIC yung application nyo?

malalaman agad nila. Sa mga dd gamit if ok ang application
we have to wait additional at least 15 days for clearing of draft
and receipt of PER before we know that the first step is successful.
