I don't know how people from 1111 and 1122 can squeeze in cuz 1112 is very specific - it is a very niche occupation with specific job description and title. I still believe that CIC can spot this easily - they are experienced and smart enough - won't let the system easily manipulated.

So you know that the recent accusiations by canadians are right. No wonder they are not willing to give newcomers job based on their home county education or experience!

NOC 1122 - professionals , advertisement, consultant

NOC - 1112 - Financial & Investment Analyst

Both NOC are totally different. Even if anybody try to manipulate, very rare chances of success

They may not find success at the end of the day but they are going to eat up your 300 quota for sure!!!

If their exp does not fit then does it count towards the cap? If yes then not very fair for genuine ones and CIC may end up having very few true 1112.

My Job Title is CREDIT ANALYST, but suits about 80% of the Financial Analyst requirements.
Will the Title be a problem for applying for FSW?

No title doesnt matter, as long as the JD fits in....Go ahead and collect your docs and appply.... Good Luck!

I am not sure the HR or the manager from my company would be willing to change the title and provide a Letter.
Are you sure that Title is very important

I shall try asking from the HR for a letter. But my payslips would still reflect as Credit analyst.

Don't attached payslips. Payslips are required only when you have don't have experience certificate

You can get the experience letter from your line manager. Is it mandatory to get it from HR......get it on some mutual understanding basis.

Ok cool. I could ask my Manager to provide a letter. Also should the letter be on company Letterhead?
