I had sent my PR application for FSWP 2013 program in October-13 but in a month's time (Nov end) the Cap Reached for my category.
It's been now 4 months after that time and I have not yet received back my Application Packet.
As per the information I have all the applications that did not meet the Cap have been returned. But, I am surprised why has my application not reached to me. I have sent e-mail twice to CIC and have not got any response either.
I am in India and the return address was my Home address and even international mails sent by regular post do not take this long. Are there other people with similar issue??
What else can be done to get some tracking of the application?? Please share your valuable thoughts
