Yes it was possible In 2013 as they required only hec attestation and I am one of them whose report generated without Intermediate attestation requirements but now they have changed their policy and both attestation like hsc, ssc and hec are required and also its mandatory for principal applicants

I want to ask one thing from 2014 applicant that is intermediate attestation necessary for WES process.One of my friend have got WES evaluation without matric board ?

I am applying for NOC 1123. Already got my IELTS score but problem is with WES report. I submitted my documents to them in Aug, 2014. They gave a date that reports will be ready by 25th Sep, 2014. However later, I received one email from them on 4th Sep confirming that ECA report is completed now and they are dispatching the report on the same day (4th Sep,14). Unfortunately, uptill today I didnt receive the report. I contacted them several times but there is no response.

Can anyone share their experience that how much time it took for them to get ECA report from WES? Is there any case here in this forum that they didnt get the report on the mailing address and you have to go to post office for collection?

how they sent the report through TNT or normal postas mine was received through TNT on time, please ask them to tell me the Tracking #

I applied under the NOC # 0112. Sent the package through TCS and which was received in MIRA ROAD rather than the 49 Dorchester Street. Does this mean that my package is lost or not delivered?

My application was received on 25th July and I still haven't heard from CIC...

Does anyone have any info on this.

chk out the spread sheet for updated info on applications charged etc and call TCS and give them a piece of ur mind

Latest charge date is 4th july. U need to wait a little more yo hear from cic. Did u confirm from tcs about ur package delivery?

Please contact to TCS people if they pick your package from Mira Road and then deliver to Nova Scotia on actual address, as this oppturnity once in a life time
