FSW3 - Question on Addition Family Information form (Name/Native language??)

hello Guys,

I was wondering how to fill this form , it says complete all names in English and in native Language, could you guys suggest.

Should i type name in english and then below it in native language - box seems too small?

Please help.

This is what most of people here did and I'll recommend you. Type all the form on computer, then with black ink, type you name in your native language in same box. Don'y worry, its look like small, but you can do easily. Whats your native language?
