I can guarantee June 23 applications are 100% safe. Their application must have already passed the document checking by now. It is matter of day or two, their DD or CC will be charged.

Reasoning:
Applications received on July 7th was rejected due to a missing signature and returned to applicant address in India. Of course not for the old application form.

My point, application received on July 7th application was scrutinized at least a week ago. June 23rd are already safe, if the applications are not returned yet. But they won't bother for new applications form for June 23rd applications, since the form was updated on 17th.

July and future applicants needs to worry.

You are right Ganesh. They may give leeway to June apps... It's post July mid week apps onwards we need to keenly look out for...

You can compare it yourself, if you still have the copy of the form you sent and you can download the new forms from the web.

if you don't have the form you submitted. I can upload the form I sent, so you can compare. It is only been 5 days, maybe you can send the updated form. Lot of senior members are suggesting it on the main thread.

Yes I suggest you compare both docs and list the differences here. In my understanding there wasn't any difference in the sections applicable to me. ( Note : Arranged employment , dependent children , PHD, Canadian relatives all we're not applicable to me )... However I suggest you do a thorough check.

Hi Friends,

My consultant just called me yesterday evening and told me that my PER mail has been received My payment mode was DD. By this, I am assuming my app reached CIO in mid June.

I will visit him on 25th Oct to check that email personally and confirm the exact DD encashment date and app receiving date so that i can update the spreadsheet with exact dates. I will also get the UCI number so that I can check my ECAS status.

He was quite reluctant to forward that mail to my personal ID. May be he is concerned that if he forwards me the email, I may stop using his services or cancel his services in future using the representative form. That guy has not charged me anything yet and will take his fees only after the Visa gets issued. He is an experienced guy, So I think its OK (please advise if you suspect anything fishy with such behaviour).

Meanwhile, I wish you guys also receive some good news. Best of Luck to you ALL and thanks for your support !!!
