I do not think so, because a friend of mine who has applied in 2010 ( Dec) has not received his MR yet.

Dear mshaikh, first of all thank you for gathering information and summarizing it. But how come you consider Edmontonion204 as a completed case. he is still waiting for PPR, just like myself. Am I right?

I received mine in May 2013 but at that time nothing started in my case...not even background check....

No my online status is still RBVO. But in CAIPS notes it says In Process. i don't know which one to follow. My application date is 8th April 2011 and i received AOR on 11th May 2011. I think the Andy you have in sheet is different one.
