Not stupid at all. 110,500 is for landed principal applicants. Landed dependents have a separate quota listed under "Family - Spouses, Partners and Children" in the link https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/news/notices/supplementary-immigration-levels-2021-2023.html

Says 80,000 for 2022

Oh damn, thanks. Then IRCC is even more fucked up.
Actually, this 80000 family quota is for sponsorship only. 110000 quota includes primary applicants and dependants if submitted in one application.

from immitracker, in the past 3-4 days, 85% of the apps - FSW / PNP outland applications received some kind of updates.

Hmm... are we sure about this? People said 1 ITA = 2 people on average so 110,000 target would translate roughly to 55,000 ITAs which is quite lower than the amount usually issued annually by IRCC for FSW+CEC. Wonder how we can verify, hope someone can reply with proof/documents etc

The dependents of an economic class primary applicant are not part of the economic class quota, they have a separate category which is Family class (Spouses, Partners and Children). The dependents are usually not skilled workers in the first place so why would they be part of the economic class quota?
