is it the candidates in the pool before the draw ? cause it makes sense if thats the case. it says Jan 18 pool status right now and there was a draw that day but if you calculate its the number of people above 490 that total 5500 or so in the pool before the draw. Numbers dont make sense to me after it.

Myself and my family have been on Canada PR waiting list since 2019 and still nothing.
I've called customer service, sent emails and raised web formBut all to no avail.
In September when i last spoke with a customer care representative, she said the only thing left is eligibility verification but till now still nothing.
The only option we haven't explored is to employ immigration lawyer.....but we can't do that now as it's expensive and we can't afford that noe.
Please do you have any pointers to help?

Type of Application: Permanent Residency Online
Category: Express Entry FS
Submission Date: 30/11/2019
Visa Office: Accra.
Please kindly help. Our medicals is due to expire soon again and some other documents too.

My profile was abt to expire in Feb, so I withdrew it to make a new one
Once, I filled the forms and transmitted them, it was appear ineligible profile
when I click on “view my profile” to update the forms everything is locked
There is also no withdraw option ( to make another new profile)

As far as I know this is the waiting game. Nothing you can do, best effort is to order your GCMS notes online if you REALLY want to know at what step is your application.
