I'm currently working in Canada with an open work permit (husband is studying). I've only been working for this employer for one month, so following the logic here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/offer.asp my job offer is not "valid", at least not to get the job offer points. But I got an invitation to apply under FSW and wanted to know whether the fact that I'm already working fulltime in Canada (NOC A) is enough to match the criteria to not be required to show proof of funds (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp)
