hello

i send an enquiry to the london visa off on 21 march n did'nt get any reply till now i want to ask approx after how many days they reply ? shud i send enquiry again with the sub urgent?

Actually "In-process" typically means that the file has been put into the queue and will take a while to get attention. I think there are about 4 officers assigned to a particular case and each one gets their piece of the case according to their expertise.

Go to CIC website and get the email address of your VO. Send an email with your file number as the subject. If you are lucky enough, you may get a response quickly.

Also, apply for CAIPS or GCMS to see whats happening with your case.

Good luck.

Kummy

thanx Qorax u r always helpful with everyone.

Please, I will like to know if after submitting my first application to CIO, do I need to submit another same type of application to the Visa office responsible for my country?.
I have my FSW -PR approved and I don`t know what next to do, Is it to wait for them to write to me to go for medical and pay Govt.fees or what. Please, someone help me with advice..

Nejes,

After submitting ur apps to CIO u needn't do anything else but wait (for them to touch-base with u).

I have a question:

We did our medicals and together w/ police clearance and landing fee, all have been sent to CHC last April 3, 2012, but in canada website online status inquiry the comment is " RECEIVED BY THE VISA OFFICE"
It was like that ever since I got the UCI number and haven't changed.
I don't know now what is out status.
Please help.
Thanks

hello qorax,

I'm just wondering, while reading this particular post of yours, became a bit confused with how long our waiting time is, because now we already received our 2nd aor from our visa office, and our e cas status is "in process", with a line saying "we received your application last march, 2012. for how long will we have to wait to get medical? coz most of the MI 3 in sgvo have no progress yet...

3-5 months, usually, from Mar-12.

If a new line got added with "we started processing" , then more then likely you were found eligible.
