FSW -PR Under 'Fast Track'... All U need to Know !!!

Sir Qorax,I am 2010 applicant under FSW,our remedical will expired this coming August 13, 2013.Yesterday our ECAS update Medical have been Received.Just this month we transfer 80% of our POF to another bank but still we have 10% to pur old bank that we used when we submitt our application,Do you think embassy will still ask for updated bank certificate,If yes, is there a problem if we transfer our account?Thank you so much..

your application is still in process and they can ask you at any point for the re-submission of updated documents as your medical is expired. therefore to be on safe side and keep the balance in any account any bank but there must be balance equal or more than the required funds. for the safety of your application and not to give VO any chance of refusal or objections. no need to be upset, your file is under security background checking. for you to take additionl info you can order GCMS/CAIPS. where u can get more details.

1. My consultant asked my passpoprt with expired one and of my spouse and son. Is is necessary to give those with medicals???

2. And, any background checks will be done now after this?

3. How much time it will take now to complete the process and what process is remaining?

1. My consultant asked my passpoprt with expired one and of my spouse and son. Is is necessary to give those with medicals??? FOR MEDICAL OLD PP IS OK, BUT U HAVE TO APPLY FOR THE NEW FOR VISA. U NEED TO SHOW YOUR PASSPORT TO DOCTOR

2. And, any background checks will be done now after this? YES SECURITY BGC STARTS AFTER THIS.

3. How much time it will take now to complete the process and what process is remaining? SOME TIME WITH IN 6 MONTH AND SOME TIME 12 - 15 MONTHS.

You dont need to hire consultant. Please dont waste your money. This forum and cic.gc.ca is fair enough to complete the whole process. You only have to spare to read all the instructions and filling thd forms.

In letter the date is of 3rd june. Now I only have 10 odd days to do medical
And RPRF, POF and PCC.

He said tht he recved it late. Now my query is I hv taken 12th july for my medical. Is it ok? We need to undergo medical within 45 days or it needs to be submitted before that?

Will they consider my medical? And my other docs. Which might be received to them little late.

Learned one, PL. REPLY. I M VERY MUCH TENSED. NEED UR URGENT ADVISE.

dear you are already late, speed up things and write an email explain to VO about your situation on the expiry date (44th Day) . cancel your consultant, who is lair. instead of helping putting u in trouble. directly send all to your papers to VO instead of sending to consultant.

@omrko, dear write the purpose of sending Passports? and reasons, if for VISa it will never be accepted in any case from any embasy. NEKEOL

Hi. Could you please suggest if the passport got expired after sending them the document for FSW Visa, Would that impact the application.
If yes, then does an individual needs to send the renewed passport copy again.
