i think parang "reconsideration letter" na rin yun email ko sa kanila.Yun nga reply nila, is to reapply.So yun nga gather nalang ng lahat ng supporting docs, pati previous ID ko isesend ko na rin...sobra nga lang nasayang yun time.

isa pa sa nanoticed ko sa timeline is mas marami di nakareceive PER dun sa mga applicants nun 3rd & 4th week of december(mine is dec. 18).Siguro mashadong masaya lang yun VO nun time na yun?

i agree w/ u na mas matindi nga yun problems nun other people sa ibat ibang panig ng mundo compare sa atin

4 years yung experience nya since 2001-2005 as rescue nurse ( sakay sa ambulance) ewan ko ba kung saan kami nagkamali...kung mag e-explain ako via fax o letter, meron ba chance? tingin ko kasi, pag refused kana e all you have to do is re-apply? dba?

suggest ng constultant ko, re-apply daw under LPN kasi hindi pa na cap..tama ba?

sino agency mo?pede din lpn

True, ako din kahit nakapagmedicals na, i cannot put myself at ease. I am hoping for the best but expecting the worst. Ano man ang decision nila, un ang magiging destiny ko. hehe

Yes i know the feeling.... everything seems uncertain...even if we have our MRs already I still am tensed sa mga maraming what-ifs na naiisip ko.. So sad to know of a lot of negative posts the past days... i hope may mga remedy pa na pwede gawin at iaccept ng CEM / CIO...

Let's just all pray for the best and that the coming days will give us good news naman...

i'm one of the RN's who recently got a refusal letter from CIO. I didn't recvd any PER, from cIO pa lang they sent me an email containing the refusal thing.What i've noticed lang is most of the RN's who applied before the cap has been reached were refused. & most of the RN's who got PER's eh yun mga licensed na in US.i've sent an email dun CIo stating na i'm willing to send some more supporting docs to proved that i have worked as Rn, & they've replied me w/ this:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please be advised that your file was assessed, a determination made and a refusal letter was sent to you. In order to submit additional documentation, you would have to re-apply with a complete application including applicable fees.

Thank you.

thanks for posting this faith, buti sumagot naman pala sila... but how come ke pinoy1028 la pa reply saka saken? sana makareciv na rin kamo sagot from them...

hay naku, inaaliw ko na lang sarili ko kaya nakapagbiro ako niyan ke cherbel...u know, malungkot mga posts e, so ihave to think of other ways to lighten things up, tama ka we need to gather positive vibes, sa mga feeling low na forum mates, wag pong maxado ma sad isipin niyo na lang po na kahit pano we're in a better place as compared to japan right now, think of our many blessings para kahit pano gumaan pakiramdam natin...think of the people in africa, who suffer from hunger, tayo we have sufficient food and water, life goes on no matter what our circumstances are, life is still good, be happy and continue to be a blessing to others ;D ;D ;D

Hi west, I second that..Ako nga rin although I cant think of any reason na magfefail ako, but still I am scared..Kaya nga now, naisip ko tuloy na magisip din ng ibang possible venture in case na mangyari ito sa amin ( but hopefully not). I know that God always has plan for us and I hope that Canada is in that plan. May that be included or not I am sure his plan is much better. I have always thought of this --- I applied for libya in 2007 and if I pushed thru then I would have gone to a civil war torn country now. I applied for Bahrain in 2009 and was already on the contract signing stage, I backed out coz I still had no kids that time, so come to think of it if I went to BAHRAIN I would have no twin boys and could be in a country who is in a brink of becoming another libya. So, as I have said God really has a much better plan for us.

i agree sa napansin mo na daming di naka receive ng PER for 3rd/4th week of december applicants, kasama ko dun sa 3rd na NER, baka dami kasing pressures sa officer na keber or bad mood at sa papel natin nabunton...ako i think this will be my last hurrah...if wala pa rin, say goodbye na muna ko sa kakaapply...iniisip ko kasi lagi ang kasabihan: bloom where u are planted kaya kahit ilang NER pa ko, go pa rin ;D pero xmpre me hangganan ang lahat kaya i made up my decision na last na to...dito na lang ako mag full bloom hahaha coz its where i was planted?

Yesterday, I received an email from Visa Office to submit and update my application after I have informed them of the additional member of the family and employment changes. Just like Kimwayne, I guess medyo delay din Medical request. Anyway, ok lang na madelay basta kasama ko buong family ko papuntang Canada. he he he

super agree po ako doc sa sinabi ninyo...sa sarili ko na lang din ilang beses ko na po napatunayan yan...the original westpoint (my partner) is supposed to be 1st going as dentist to YEMEN, nagkagulo po dun, then to Bahrain for this new hospital that has dental clinic w/c operates 24/7, di rin po siya natuloy, SAUDI, me day of rage naman??? then my NER, now switch PA and he needs to take ielts...he was asking me y di xa natutuloy tuloy e excited na daw siya kuno na magkaron ng fix income? i explained to him na maybe its becoz i will receive a NER and u need to take ielts? if ur were abroad maybe u wont have the time to take it kasi 1 day lang off mo and ur pasport is not w/ u pa...or maybe gusto ni God dito ka lang sa tabi ko kasi sa dami ng fans ko baka pag umalis ka e baka maraming magpa autograph hahhahahaha joke! ;D

Still no change, RBVO pa rin. Sana dumating pa rin MR kahit kulang pa docs natin. How did you get NSO copy of birth certificate? last week of April pa kasi yung release ng birth cert ng baby ko..
