kakatawag lang ng husband ko sa bpi ngayon regarding sa BD na kinuha ko sa knila...na encash na daw yung BD na binayad ko sa CIO...does that mean nag go through ung application nmin khit kulang ng additional family info pra sa aswa ko? tnx much...

hi guys na submit ko na papers nmin last june 13 na received ng CIO june 17...upon reading this forum dun ko lang nalaman n dapat pla nag fill up din husband ko nung additional family information...sa mga nkaranas ng ganito binalik ba papers nyo or meron hindi na tpos ni request nlang na ihabol ung kulang na form? kung binalik nila papers pano malalaman na binalik na nila? sna mabilis lang nila ibalik pra ipapasa ko nlang sa bagong mI since open prin nman ang chef noc 6241...tnx po...lets say after 2months wla pa din me feedback nkukuha mula cio at dpa na eencash ung check pwede kna ba sila i email at magtanong? sobrang worried lang po me bka mapuno agad kc ung 500 sayang ang panahon ng paghihintay sa pabalik na peprs...

PER received June 22, 2011.

I and my spouse are going to renew our passports from green to e-passport here in Philippine Embassy in Riyadh.

Is it acceptable if my wife will still use her maiden name or it is mandatory for her to use my surname once she renewed her passport?
We are worried that changing her surname might create conflict on her legal documents here in Saudi Arabia and might also affect our PR application because all documents in the application are in her maiden name.

My green passport will expire on February 12, 2012 and my wife's green passport will be on June 25, 2012.

Any advice please.

Hello horace1845........ Basing on what i've read for 6 months on different threads.... you have options but first i have some questions for you.

a.) did you submit NSO marriage contract??
b.) how about her legal identification cards like PRC, LTO, SSS, etc.???

NOW,you can consider these options;

1.) she can renew her Passport and use her marital surname and as soon as you have your AOR then, this time you can submit letter and changes of the latest copy of her passport; To justify this advice; renewal and change of passport from green to maroon (machine readable) is necessary.
2.) she can retain her maiden name as per her old passport upon renewal BUT she will not enjoy carrying her marriage name until the next renewal which is 5 years.
3.) it will not matter that much even if her application is still her maiden name kasi the same person pa rin at the same forms pa rin naman ang mga na fill up-an.
4.) If she renew her passport there in Riyadh, i don't think it will create a big impact since you will be given a new IQAMA if of course you will declare your recent status.

i hope i was able to give you enlightenment on this issue.

Hello Frianiz_hon....... we have a member here wayback january 2011 (ann_jay) who did not submit an additional information form of his wife (kasi akala ng iba para sa PA lang yon)...... it was returned.

In the event that if the reviewer overlooked this form during the first step and en-cashed your BD.... very well :-* :-*
but there will be a second step which is CIO-Eligibility Review in which isa-isahin na ang lahat ng requirements.

For me, i emailed CIO-NS regarding my application and they replied after 11 days that it was returned due to incompleteness.
The bottomline here is...... we will pray for the best of everything.

We decided not to change na lang muna. Big factor kc ung legal documents nia d2 sa Riyadh.
Madalas kc mahirap magpaliwanag sa mga Saudi national. baka hindi na cia marecognise kung hindi magmatch ang passport nia at iqama.

guys PPR na ako..but ngrenew ako ng passport last May .,release date is on july 25..my passport was still green dats y i need to renew at the same time chachange me ng status dhl wedding ceremony namin on the 10th of july..so i think madedelay ako ng sobra .. dko alm kung wat mangyayari after i update..pero gs2 ko syang makasama sa apps ko ...so i dont know if i still need to pass my passport?help

Hello guys,
after 2 months since my last post, ang dami na akong nakita na may visa na at ppr. congrats sa inyong lahat. Sa mga di na ako maremember ako yung may hubby na maraming sakit (diabetes, hypertension, kidney stone etc.). Nasa CEM na medical exams namin ng mga kids ko last May 5, 2011. Naiwan sa hubby ko sa nationwide dahil sa clearance sa endocrinologist, nephro at opthalmologist.Salamat sa Dyos at naclear nman. Pero napending sa natinwide dahil sa kidney stone. Dahil sa 2x na shockwave in a month (naka 4 kami in total) lumiit naman ang stone pero until now di pa din namin ma-meet yung required size ng stone na 0.6cm. haay, di na nakaantay ang nationwide kaya sinubmit na nila sa CEM last june 27, 2011 ang medical records ng hubby ko without the clearance from urologist or stone doctor. Masyado ng magastos ang shockwave 10K each session. tapos 0.89cm pa ang stone. Meron po ba dito sa forum ang same case ng sa amin? Inadmissible pa ba ang ganitong stone sa canada? Sa capitol medical center kami ng nagpashockwave at hindi ako convinced na magaling sila sa stone removal.

Psychnars, bakit di nyo nalang pina remove???? Wala bang nag advice na mas madali at mas economical kung ipa remove nalang??? you can use your Philhealth or SSS or any insurance you have to help you financially.
