CARL128 kahit ba sa kids wala dapat sugar sa urine? Kasi yung mga kids ko panay ang chocolate bago medical exams. Tapos konti lang ininum na water on the day of our med. Hindi ko expect na mag urinalysis sila. ;D
Hi, dapat talagang walang sugar and protein sa urine, that would indicate a possible kidney problem, kung healthy naman mga kids mo and nagurinalysis sila even pa kumain sila nga chocolates before, no problem naman yun ( hindi magkakaroon ng findings sa urine)

ganun bah pagkaalam ko fwend as long 6digit na pera sa account ok na basta hindi lang magbaba ng 6 digit.un ung sabi ng agent ko ha..sana nga tama ;D ;D ;D ;D
h
Hi fresno, not necesarily naman na 6 digit, as long as yung funds mo eh would cover the number of your family member that you will bring (may corresponding amount yun sa website ng CIC).

The wine taster at an old vineyard died. A drunkard, looking ragged and dirty, came to apply. He persuaded the manager to give him a try. The drunkard was given a glass of wine. He swirled, smelled and drank a bit. “It's a red wine, Merlot, three years old, grown on the South Slope and matured in oak barrels." He said. "Impressive," said the manager.

The drunkard is given another. "Still a red wine, Cabernet, eight years old, from the Northeast slope, stored in a steel vats.” The manager was amazed. He winked at his secretary. The secretary understood and brought out a glass of urine.

The drunkard tasted it and said. "It's a blond, 27 years old, three months pregnant, and if I don't get this job, I'll tell who the father is."

Guys, I copy/pasted quorax's post regarding POF

Proof of 'Landing' Funds:
-Do we take the Bank Statement or otherwise ?

How Much needed to Show at the Airport/POE :
No. of Pax ........... Funds Reqd-CAD
1 ....................... $11,086
2 ....................... $13,801
3 ....................... $16,967
4 ....................... $20,599
5 ....................... $23,364
6 ....................... $26,350
7 or more ........... $29,337

Is it necessary to carry the P.O.F. while 'Landing' ?
100%. A part of the 'Record of Landing' "Interview" is to ensure 'sustainability' in Canada by the applicant. The IO must ensure that you carry enough funds [based on LICO] which will help you settle easily, w/out any burden on Canadian Social Services. Remember, except for 'refugees' under the Refugees Protection Act, Canada doesn't offer financial assistance for any other categories of applicants.

Irrespective of the no. of family members performing the 1st landing, the entire POF [as per the chart above] must be shown to the IO at the POE. Subsequent 'landings' by the 'accompanying dependents' do not need to show the POF.

That means, whether the PA alone or one or more of his family members are 'landing' for the 1st time, the above funds are required. It's another matter whether the IO at the POE doesn't ask for it [very often that happens]. But, w/out the POF our entry can be 'Denied'.
