Hi guys! I am an FsW outland applicant from india! AOR: 20 july 2018
My status changed to “your background check is in progress” on 27th nov. I got an ADR for additional family info imm5406 on 28th nov, which i submitted on 30th nov. The status now says “the additional documents you provided have been uploaded”.
Given this scenario, when can i expect my PPR?
What will be the next change in my status?

No one can say when PPR will be made available. I believe the next status is "The additional documents your provided are being reviewed" indicating they started reviewing it. So could take few more weeks.
