FSW Outland Average Processing Time..?

Hi senior forumers,

I know that the average processing time for outland FSW Express Entry applications is 6 months. Based on your experience though, do applications tend to get processed faster (e.g. 3-4 months)? I'm thinking of taking a temporary job while I'm waiting for the results, but I just want to make sure that I don't sign up for the job only to find out that I get PPR after a week or two.

I'm roughly 2.5 months into my application and in IP1. Hope you can help me out.

If you need the job to support yourself, then you should not consider the earliest possible date your PR could be approved and absolutely take the job now. You can count on your application being finalized somewhere between months 4 and 6. For you, that's 1.5 to 3.5 months from now.
