I had some inquiries, please help. I completed my 2 years of teaching Diploma from India then I became a teacher and gained complete 2 years of teaching experience then I came to Canada and completed my Early Childhood Education 2 years Diploma and now I am working full time 25 hours per week with a Day care. It's been 2 months I am working as a RECE. I was advised to talk to a consultant regarding the new Express entry process and rules. So, I did and she told me that I am eligible to apply for FSW and I should apply asap because of the caps. Now, I am very confused. Should I apply for FSW or work until my hours are completed then apply for CEC and now what to do with Express entry? The consultant fees is also too much.
Should I go for FSW and then apply for Express entry too ?
or wait to apply for CEC ?
Is there any way that my employers can help. I am so confused. Please help.
