Hi balu0427,

I would like to know more about your case. I am assuming it is about the form IMM0008_3E, part 11, your work experience. Did you just fill out the main duty by your own word and did not attach the reference letter from your employer? My case is like this;

I wrote down 2 jobs, both of them are in skill type 0, A, and B, and both of them are more than 1 year and less than 2 year. When I submitted the initial application, I filled out the main duties for both jobs in the space provided in the form, but I only attached the reference letter for the first job, not the 2nd one. I am not sure if that will work.

I am a temporary foreign worker residing in Canada for last 18months, i have applied under FSW cat 3. NS received my application on Oct 7th. They sent my application back on Nov 21st. they mentioned that I havent provided them clear information about my job duties. i have provided saying software engineer, designing and developing etc in the 4 columns provided there. i think they felt that those details are not sufficient. this time i have attached one document explaining my duties and responsibilities. hope they like it.
I have attached extra sheet only because that i felt that the space provided is not enough to explain my duties.

I'm a temporary worker I been in Canada for the last year and half....I have provided copy of my work permit and a letter from my employer....I still didn't hear anything from CIO, NS....let see what happen.....I will update my process timeline here...

Ok, i do sent a letter from my employer. hope that works.
CIO is working little slow these days i guess, people who submitted their application in october first week receiving their AOR's now. I am expecting mine in Jan.

hi all
as i have sent my initial application to NS under FSW and they recived it on 16-10-09 .i made a mistake of date in the application because i 1stly sent that application to delhi CHC and they sent it back to me saying (send this application to NS canada).I didnt change any date on the application and sent that application and new d/d of CAD $ .I hope they will not reject my application for that reason

old dates won't make any problems. but I hope ur DD is not more than 6 months old when it reaches CIC. DD validity is 6 months most of the time.

my d/d was 2 weeks old .i think that wont be a problem .i hope it get cashed ,as i will not be able to trace it coz my bank made it on the behalf of bank of nova scotia , and money got withdrawn at that very moment
