Hi Guys,

Good news at last, I received my AOR e-mail today dated 7th Dec 2009. My 120 day period starts from this date. Plan to send my full application in the first week of January. All the best to all of you. Hope to see the entire list turning green. Thank you very much for all your help and support in this period. I hope that we stick together in the next phase as well and keep updating each other on this forum till we all get our PR visas.

It seems that majority people are receiving request to send their paper in 120 days, few request to resend and no rejection. I think this is good sign. Best of luck for all of us.

I called CIC call centre today, not a good system. First customer service agent told me he can't find any thing about my application. he asked my by any chance I can get fedex tracking number and call back which I did, a new customer services officer on line now, he told me I should expect some answer by 10/02/2009. I completely didn't got it.

2009 or 2010? Although in either case it does not make sense to me but looks like from 28 Sept AORs are getting delayed for more then 60 days. In september applicants thread, i see a member whose application was received on 28th-09-2009 and nothing heard since then.

anyone got another opinion?

@ Kvingns : Did CIO refund you ? Apply newly filled applicaiton along with additional documents. Write to them what happened last time in a seperate sheet of paper. If CIO refunded you or in the process, pay fee again. Fill fee form too, may be last time you didn't. It's new one.
