FSW - letter of reference

Hi All

Do you have sample or template for letter of reference which we need to get from employer? if yes ,please share here. it will help me prepare my ltter for fsw 2014.

in document checklist, in work experience section, it is mentioned following -

you main responsibilies and duties in each position.

In my last job, my position changed 4-5 times, due to promotion. Job titles were also changed. So in letter of reference, do I need to mentioned job duties for all those positons?

Yes you have to mention all the duties.

Hello,
Do I need to put the letter in an sealed company envelope?
How about my manager's business card? I should put it in the envelope or I should submit it separately?
How many copies of the letter I should ask my former manager to provide?
