FSW eligible, EE profile not eligible

Hi All,
I created my EE profile today and in the end I got email stating that I am not eligible. Disappointed.
FSW criteria -
IELTS Band 8- Scores- Listening- 8, Reading - 8.5, Speaking - 8, Writing - 6.5 .
Age 36
Bachelors degree
Work ex - 10 years. NOC 0113 - Purchasing Manager
With Spouse and relative in Ontario (Spouse sister)
Overall score - 70 points in FSW.
Not sure why the EE profile is ineligible. Any idea? However I remember I accidentally put less dollars, however I updated that. But its still coming s ineligible.
Do i need to create another profile? Can I do that? Does it allow to delete the profile and create new one?

Do you have ECA for your batchelors degree?

You will need to raise your score from 6.5 to 7.5 in writing.

If the system deemed your profile ineligible, you will need to re-create a new profile

I created profile again, the mistake i made was the CAD required. One less zero
