FSW Eligibility

Hi Everyone,

I have one year skilled work experience in a category under FSW and also working permanent with a financial institution . Do I need to have LMO in order to apply for FSW?

If you want to apply under the arranged employment stream, then yes, you need an approved LMIA.

If you do not apply under arranged employment, you do not need that.

That alone certainly isn't enough. Your occupation where you have the 1 year of work experience has to fall on the occupation list (and can't have hit the application cap). You also need to score a minimum of 67 points, score the minimum on an English test, etc.

I have been looking at the details, my job falls within one of those NOC and I have 7.5 in ielts, the only problem is that I have already applied under CEC and have not heard from them in a long time, not sure f I can apply under 2 streams
