I am working as an Assistant Loco pilot in Indian railways. I want to move to canda with pr visa . Noc 7361 and 7362 are valid noc. Under which programme ( pnp , express or fsw ) should I apply and what are the other pre requisites?

Are you eligible for Express Entry - FSW? You need minimum 67 points based on age, education (ECAs for degrees), language (IELTS), work experience and funds. If you have 67 points, what is your CRS score? You want around 480 for an invitation.

Your NOC match your job responsibilities (not title).

Research PNP programs because you don’t have a job offer so limited to one or two provinces. They need to seelect your NOC and score.

I am getting more than 67 points but my crs score is 444. Can u please guide me further which pnp program will be good for me

Too low for EE. So you have completed ECAs and IELTS. Look at Alberta or Saskatchewan. Those are your only options. SINP selects by their own score and NOC. You can see what NOCs are selected or ineligible. Alberta selects by score and NOC. They don’t post their NOCs.
