FSW APPLICATION REFUSAL - WAYS TO MOVE FORWARD

Dear Friends, I had applied for FSW NOC-1111 back in June-10 and subsequently submitted documents to london visa office after CIC approval letter. I received refusal letter in Jul-12 stating that NOC job description is not significantly matching with the job. Please advise if there is any course of action available to me...Regards

Your only option is to re-apply if you still qualify.

You've waited too long to appeal or to ask the VO to review your file.

Thanks for your reply.... What about letter of restoration of case to CPC??
Will it work as I believe that visa officer made his assessment in very fast pace.

CPC is not going to re-open your file 8 months after refusal. If you had made this request immediately after the refusal - there might have been a chance. But it is far too late now. You have waited far too long to take action.

Yes - IELTS is required in advance.

Dear Friend , I think you still one last chance that could be turn out in your favour. I don't know much about your scenario but I know someone who may be able to help you with the same. And trust me friend they are very genuine and efficient. And they will charge only of know there is some scope and to me there no harm in taking advise.
