My fsw application is finaly received by cic today 29 december 2014, by a person called Donnie. Anyone else's application was reveived today? Will i receive an email from CIC thta they received my application?

No - you won't receive an email from CIC confirming they received your application.

Hi dear my application was also received today at 09:36 am and received by Donnie. Now we have to wait atleast 3 months....

Mine was also received today by Donnie. I think date of charge should be around first week of Feb. What do you think?

As per seniors, your CC/DD shall be charged within 40 days. The 3 months is for receiving the PER.

Thats gr8 But how we wld come to know that our DD has been charged. Further, i wana know that whether CIC firstly charge the DD and then start evaluating the case? And those who get rejected (God forbid) are given any refunds or not

You will come to know when you receive an SMS from your bank or by checking your account statement.

They will 1st check all forms and docs are submitted as per the checklist.

In this stage, if you missed any doc, your pplication will be returned with no deduction.

If your application will be forwarded to CIO, you will not be refunded and in case rejection you will receive your application back. Incase of approval you will receive your PER.

Did anyone of you sent their application by courier? If yes what is the delivery address shown

I believe for courier it is 49 Dorchester Street, Sydney NS B1P 5Z2

But purolator has delivered my application at a different address which is 4749 DORCHESTER ST B1P1J3

Did someone face the same problem? Please help!

Your courrier company should be able to tell you exactly how much time it needs, best way is to check with them..

I am not sure, do you think it is possible in the first week of February? that's in a month ! I really hope so .. but many people say it usually takes a bit over two months..
