FSW Application Fee

Hi,

I want to know that in case the application for PR under FSW gets rejected in verification, does CIC charge the amount ($550) or it gets refunded?

The CA$ 550 never gets refunded.

it depends upon when the application is returned

It gets refunded , if your application does not qualify

CC will not be charged unless applicant is passing all the element (points, documents, signature,etc)

Need Help
I have applied as FSW with AEO and complete documents received on 8th April,2013 at CIO. But on 8th June i received DD from receiver general for Canada refunding my application fee. i didn't receive any letter and they didn't send my documents back.Can anyone explain this? What should i do now?
