I applied for FSW 2010 while I was doing my master degree and I left Canada to my country on Nov 2010 after completing my master. I did not inform the CIC about leaving Canada.
on FEB 2012, my new son was born(outside of Canada) and up to now I have not informed the CIC about him.
on Oct 2013 I got admission for phd degree and I applied for TRV and study permit for me, my wife, and my son, also, we have done the medicals(required for visa) for all of us and waiting for visa.
last week, I received a letter from CIC with the following:
medical forms for me and my wife not my son(because i have not reported him and I am afraid it will reflect bad on my application. WHAT SHOUlD I DO?)
prove of fund( when i was in canada I had a bank account and I used it for applying, now I do not have it. can I use an account from my country)
a letter from employer(now, I have different employer from the one I applied with. WILL that have any affects on my application? )
this is my case. Please, advice me about the best way for proceeding.
