Hi,
I have applied for FSW before but my case was not processed as my job did not fall under the 38 occupational list. Does it mean my file is closed or do i need to withdraw my case before submitting my CSQ application. My fees have been refunded. What do I need to mention in my CSQ application coz my application for FSW was neither rejected or accepted, i guess?
regards

Strictly speaking, you need to mention that your FSW application was rejected. Again this is my opinion, I am not an immigration expert.

Hi BlueRobin, thks for the reply. However, my application was just reviewed and not processed. I thought tht it was neither rejected nor accepted. Do u think tht the rejection of old application might affect my new application. Does quebec check old application?

Guys to update you all my PR visa status after incorrect PR stamping they told me to redo medical and submit which I did and then after wait of 6 months they have rejected my PR saying I don't have enough funds but I have 3 times more funds in my account since 2 years. ... surprised how much injustice they could do. Very sad.
