Hi all
I am new here. I applied for fswp2014 from Bangladesh but got rejected from sgvo saying my job description doesn't match with the Noc. A few months after one of my colleagues got visa with same job from manilla Vo. Should I ask Sgvo to reopen and reconsider my application? :'(
If such option available then should.

Hi Everyone,
My PCC, Biopage, etc. will all be ready tomorrow afternoon. If I send via Speedpost, would it be okay to have it delivered via Speedpost Express (delivery within 2 hours) on a Saturday morning? Or should I only use Speedpost Express delivery during High Commission Office Hours? Which service should I use? I want to send everything as early as possible. Thanks!

Hi,

I did the Speedpost standard on last friday afternoon @ 1:00 PM, but then it reached on Monday. I think they dont deliver on saturdays. But you have the tracking# for it. Better to have it in speedpost standard if you have enough time.

Hi Nicksar,
Which courier service did you use to send to CIC?

Hi RK,

I used Speedpost Standard.

I inquired DHL, UPS and FEDEX. None of them are ready to take the local courier unless if its a corporate ones.

Hi! I don't think it is wise to wait for update because if there is any problem arise then they could tell you to do medical again or issue a PF letter but your time of paying RPRF remains within same time frame. And though it is less likely but no one guarantee you that it would update withing 30 days from requested medical date. So I would suggest you to pay asap.

Regards

Unfortunately you asked me most unpredictable question!! Though SGVO now a days working in supersonic speed but in this regard they still keep their pace as traditional as before. So far I know one member Uttara11 sent his passports on 3rd May'16 and me on 16th May'16 as we both got PPR on 3rd May'16 but unfortunately till date no response!!

Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum and would appreciate your help for my case:

I am a FSWP 2014 applicant, my application is in progress now and I have not received my MR yet. I have applied as single applicant.
I will be getting married in September, 2016 inshaAllah and my Fiance is a US citizen.

Can anyone guide me that whether the change is my martial status will be an issue
1. To process my Canadian PR further?
2. After marriage, my partner will sponsor me for spouse PR. Will my application to canadian PR affect the processing to US PR?
3. What are the steps that will be required to add my spouse to canadian PR?

Looking forward to your valuable feedback.

Thanks in advance

Hello there,

Marital status change is a very important issue. You have to inform CIC as soon as possible with relevant documents when the status change. Remember your PR process is not completed until you land. Do not hide the fact that you got married otherwise you will be in trouble. To answer your questions:

1. I have already answered that.
2. Canadian PR has no relation with US PR. So no effect.
3. When your marital status change, your process will be halted and the case officer will ask for relevant documents for your spouse and the process for your spouse need to be completed before you land. If your marital status change after you land, you have to go through spouse sponsorship and that is a different process.
