Can anybody tell why SGVO is the slowest amoung all VO's where other VO's already about to finish their files, so many like us still waiting for MR. Why they suddenly stop working?

It's not that every visa office is fast. Look at London and New Delhi for example. These visa offices get a lot of files, and in the year 2014, Canada invited highest number of applications. So the pressure is even higher.

Same is true for Singapore. Moreover, a lot of applicants(myself included) used unauthorized agents, thus further complicating the situation.

No..There is no case like that. Its almost impossible if your PP physically ok..

Today I received my correspondence aka Refusal letter. Though they threaten for 5 yrs restriction for misrepresentation in PF, but in the refusal letter they just mention I didnt meet their requirement for the NOC 2171. though the PF was related to my Payslip not for JD.
By the way, I have 3.5 yrs as Programmer Analyst, 1 yrs Senior Programmer Analyst and 10 Months as System Analyst experience in my previous company which is 24 yrs renown company.

My current company was a startup company and I joined as System Analyst in yr 2011. later on I got involve partially in some Administrative tasks for lack or resource person. So I used designation 'Director & System Analyst' but my key role was System Analyst. May be they didnt like the term 'Director'. and that's why they ignored my 3.5 yrs experiences as System Analyst in the current company. So far I know in many cases term 'Director' is used as Honorary post. On the other hand, what about self employed or entrepreneur.

Should I challenge their decision, what your suggestion?

Problem is not 'Director & System Analyst'. Problem is you lied with them about your designation. You wrote only "System Analyst".
not "Director & System Analyst". This is the main problem. You were not truthful with them. You misrepresented your information.

If you challenge, it would be more harmful for you. If they strongly denied then you would be banned for 5 years. Now, you have option at least as they didnt banned you.

I think you should apply for Provincial nomination. Now, Quebec and Saskatchewan are open. Try with EE .

Yes I have passed 2/3 days thinking of with which designation I should apply. As there were no NOC with such designation combination, I was confused and I applied with System Analyst as it was my key role in the company and I have track of job history. Now I see it was my great mistake.

You could give a declaration letter along with application for clarification. They want just a clear information whatever you supplied should be genuine and should clear in all sense.

BRO CAN YOU PLEASE SHARE YOUR ECAS LINES? SPECIALLY DECISION MADE LINE?

Found Decision Made in ECAS and also received request for submitting passport in 30 days. Planning to go to VFS Monday. hope this will bring some Hope for others in the forum.
