You applied through any consultants like visa center or sa associates? If yes, which one?

What did you provide when they asked fairness letter?

I applied through Scotia Consultants. I provided everything possible. But i guess they are not convinced.

My ecas showing Decision made before medicals. And my 5 line-

We received your application for permanent residence on September 3, 2014.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on January 27, 2015.
We started processing your application on January 27, 2015.
We transferred your application to the Singapore office on December 23, 2014. The Singapore office may contact you.
We sent you a letter on March 23, 2015. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Yes i received procedural fairness letter on March. I had 2 line before i got Decision made.

Dear forum members!!!

Got very socked after seeing some applicants' eCAS status (DM before MR). I do not know what exactly the reason behind this. If the meaning is to refuse the application then I am feeling very sad for them. I think our consultancy agents are not well trained or professional. I heard some applicants had being rejected after applying through them.

Anyway, Almighty Allah saved me. Alhamdulillah.... I got MR on 16.09.2015.

Got MR,Fees and Clearance request. FINALLY!!!
I am based in Singapore so will be going to Fullerton for the medical request.
Only worry is I think my wife is pregnant (2 weeks at best)....not sure. If she is....then I am not sure what the next step is.
Does anyone here have a similar problem ?

Congratulations!! Can you share your timeline, please? I believe you should inform SGVO of your wife's pregnancy once confirmed.

May I ask if your COPR has a stamp 'Not valid for Travel' on it? Also, in your passport where the Canada visa is, there is no photo? Mine does not have a photo on it and the COPR has a stamp 'Not valid for Travel' for all of our COPR. I wonder if mine is different?

when did you get SLU? When your two lines were converted into four lines in ecas? Can you please share these?

I have received my GCMS NOTES, in GCMS NOTES, they mentioned PA PUT AWAY and due date is 15th September, 2015.

ASSESSMENTS 1

Eligibility: Not started
Criminality: Not Started
security: Not started
Medical: Not started:

Today is 17th September, so should I expect any update from LVO that they started work on my application. If anyone have the same experience please share.

Dear Experts,

Today I have received one mail from SGVO requesting to send DNA test report of Me, My father and my aunt (Canadian Citizen) from whom I have claimed 5 points during my application.

In the letter they have said that the relationship documents that I have sent to them is not enough to prove the relationship. Therefore, they have given me 30 days time to send them the DNA test report.

Today one ID named Les Pearson (inshort Les P.) has visited my Linkedin Profile who works as Manager at Blueswater, Singapore. But interestingly this id has has 0 connections and it has no profile picture also.....any idea about this ID?

Can you explain what is the fairness letter? What did you have to do after receiving it? So in your case, you got Decision made before the MR? Lucky you!

I am not FSW but PNP applicant also under SGVO. I submitted my application since Jul 2014 and SGVO started processing my file since Oct 2014. However, until now, I have not received MR, already more than 14 months waiting- I've been in Canada for almost a year on work permit. I don't know what to do now. Grateful for any advices you may have. Thanks a lot.
