I just have received a passport request. But in the Appendix C (this link: drive.google.com/file/d/0B9x3z4yK7-PsSW1lVm5BWGI1Wkk/view) they have put a incorrect application number E00021BAYX. It should be E00021ABXY.

Could you please advise me what I should do? Can I modify this form and send with passports.

Though its not a big problem, you should send a mail or CSE for the future reference.

You can proceed with this form and write down a forwarding letter and mentioning the CSE or mail regarding this issue.

2 lines become 4 lines today morning


1)We received your application for permanent residence on July 3, 2014.
2)We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on December 3, 2014.
3)We started processing your application on December 3, 2014.
4)We transferred your application to the Manila office on October 27, 2014. The Manila office may contact you.

SLU 26th August.

Yes its confusing, also in my GCMS note it was mentioned that my file transferred from SGVO to MVO in early February.
