Guys,
I am in great trouble.
I am 19 Jun 2014 Applicant(NOC 2171) got AOR on 25 Nov 2014.

Canadian High Commission has visited my office at 11 AM on 19 May 2015.

They checked our payroll system and took payslip for month june 2014.
Problem is I have applied as "System Analyst" but they got my designation as "Director & System Analyst" on system generated payslip. By the way, I own 1/3 shares of my company and I perform partially admin roles but majorly I am a System Analyst. On the other hand, in my experience letter, I have worked as System Analyst for 11 month in my previous company and after that I joined my own company.

So, what do you think? Will it be a problem between "System Analyst" and "Director & System Analyst"?

That means field visit started again after Jan 2015...

When did you get MR and when you did finish the MR formalities.
Can you please update this in your forum profile.

At this moment no need to raise CSE.
Just wait 1~2 week(s) and hope within this time you will receive your PPR.

Hi Bro,

It depends to visit office if office is not recognize/renown here in BD. For an example ~ if anyone applied from GP on Telecom sector then CHC doesn't require visit at GP to check about that applicant. They can get info from various source.

Hope it will help to other that not to worry about office visit....

Bro... its common that renowned companies are generally immune of site visit... But one of the applicants of Huawei BD (2013 file) had site visit in January 2015

Can you please describe the site visit event in more detail. Like how many people came, did they call you before they arrive, what type of question did they
ask. Site visit is a rare thing and your feedback will help many others.

Dont worry brother, it should not impact on their decision. Good to know that they have started site visit again. According to my GCMS I am expecting one. Did they contacted you before coming?

Hi Bro,

Other than random check from CHC of office site visit there are many reason to clarify of NOC and office site visit by CHC ~

For an example - if any one applied for NOC-0111, Financial Managers but worked in the position of “Manager, Corporate Banking” at HSBC, defiantly the Officer responsible for reviewing the application and supplied for further clarification by a brief explanation from applicant or site visit to justify it. The Officer felt that the job description and tasks for a Manager of Corporate Banking did not match the NOC-0111 requirements even though there were some similarities.

Here everyone knows about HSBC and their operation but it doesn't delivery job duty of NOC thus on that occasion CHC might visit office for further clarification on that NOC exist in that particular office/branch by site visit.

Also I understand office site visit is not general agenda from CHC for every application background check reason I pointed out to everyone that not to worry about this case. Without any concrete reason VO/CHC doesn't want to make any site visit.

Yes, Though as per the status Eligibility was passed but in one of the note section there was a mention of site visit.

Actually my scenario is complex. I own 1/3 of my Company and full time involve in development. so I am a Owner as well as Worker.

They did a rush visit. They entered rashly without knocking and gave their identification and asked whether they know me by showing my photo. My colleagues told them yes they know, then asked what is my designation. they request open our payroll system and generate PaySlip for Jun 2014. My HR generate the slip with Designation "Director & System Analyst" . Then asked where I sit, they go to my room. After seeing Laptop adapter, they asked whether I use it for laptop or not.
Then they request for my visiting card. My assistant was looking for my card, but in the mean time they see a card box on my Left Cabinate and told to my employee, card might be on this box. In the box, they found my card.
Next they told whether I come everyday or not. My colleagues informed them I work at night for foreign project, so I come late in office.
finally they asked how many employees work here.

After that, they phoned me and asked me what is my designation. I answered that I was System Analyst and after Aug 2014 I am system Architect.
They informed me that my Payslip designation is not matching. Actually the difference was, "System Analyst" vs "Director & System Analyst". As a company owner I have to play a roll as Director which is managerial or honorary post. But my actual job is System Analyst. So for public events I have to carry both designation.
The fight between "System Analyst" and "Director & System Analyst" is making me worried.

By the way, 2 persons visited my office. One is Canadian and one is Bangladeshi. All the activities done by the Canadian. Bangladeshi person had no involvement. They stayed around 5 minutes in my office.
