What is your CIC nomination date (PER) of your application.
What is your AOR date from visa office.

Would you please share your application time line here as well as update it in your profile.

From Global database only shows that you sent your docs to CIC on 3-July after that no update.

If you didn't receive your PER/AOR from CIC/VO then your CSE raise will not work because you don't have your file/UCI number.

Please check your email communication from CIC/VO or if you applied through any agent ask them to provide you otherwise it is very confusing your query to VO.

I hope above will guide you to get info....

Thanks nafizFSW14. What about my 2nd question? Is there any chance to get rejected or what are the possible chances of getting rejected?

Hi Seniors,

I got AOR on 15 April 2015. My questions are,

1. on average how many time will it take to get response from SGVO for further process?
2. Is there any chance for rejection?

I know this is a waiting game, but you know human mind hates waiting ;D

Thanks in advance...

Yes brother, there will be possibility to reject the application due to the below points -
And if VO can cover these check on quickest time then you will get MR+PPR within 60 days time or more from your AOR.....

Background Check by Visa Office

There are total 9 factors that can cause an applicant inadmissible to Canada during background check.

1. Criminality (have a criminal record in any country)
2. Organized Criminality (Org Crime in GCMS Note)
3. Security (failed background checks)
4. Human and International Rights Violation (HIRV in GCMS Note)
5. Health (failed medical exam)
6. Financial Reasons (have less then the minimum settlement funds)
7. Misrepresentation (failed to be truthful during the application or omitted information)
8. Non-compliance with Act (failed to provide any requested information/documents the immigration officer requested or failed to attend a Personal Selection Interview)
9. Inadmissible Family Members (the above reasons for any family member indicated as a dependent on the application form)

Thanks. As per Singapore SS, you submitted the application early July, but the timeline under your signature showed that your application was submitted in May. Would you pla clarfify whichdate is correct. Thanks again

Congrats for the recent ppl who receive MR. I have a few questions and sorry for being repetitive if you have responded before.

How long does it take for VO to update the website that they have received MR? I did MR on Apr 17th and mail in everything except eMed and FBI pcc.

Since I asked for extension for the second FBI pcc and heard back this week it was rejected, should I follow up with a letter stating that I have sent in the third set of fingerprints and rejection letter before hearing back from VO on the extension? Do I need to raise CSE?

Thanks!
