This a very correct analysis. +1.

Looking at the global SS it looks like BD people who have score over 70 are getting preference in getting the recent MR. Those with score as 67 are most likely without any dependents, less travel and found more suitable to the visa officer.
Also single female and in some case principle female applicants with dependent also getting preference as criminal check are straight forward for them as statistically BD female are almost 0% involved in fraud.
Also, upper managerial NOC (like starting with 0, 1 or 2171) are getting more preference. I am not sure about the NOC 2281, may be its in high demand right now in cananda.

Hello everyone, Here is my update. SGVO requested more supporting documents regarding my work experience.

What did u submit with your application? I have also applied in the same noc from bd after per how long did they take t ask for more documents and within how many days do you have to submit.reply will be highly appreciated.

Even I don't understand why your file has been getting delay as you have relatives in CA. Do you/dependents have huge foreign travels. Hope your relative has CA passport has not any Muslim country visited before.

But today morning i got reply from Manila VO ,here it is

Hi SJTZ, please let us know what Industry do you work, how many companies you worked so far, what is the company profile (MNC, CMMI Level etc), how many countries you resided (Pass type Business or Tourist) etc....

Did you lived in Philippines over 6 month?

Maybe some files(June/july) moved to the Manila vo as similar things happened in NDVO. That will explain lack of update for those applicants.

Files being moved to Manila, as the expected Applications in Manila is not reached, hence Manila VO might have bandwidth to support SGVO in clearing their backlogs. Below is the link where the Projection was mentioned for 2014

I submitted my detailed work experience letter signed by my superior. It took almost 90 days after PER for document request. And i have 30 days to submit it.

Dear Fespenido!! I have submitted all the four passports of my family to the VFS Global and paid them BDT 10200 to dispatch those to SGVO. There is no drop box there. U have to take token and wait in the Que there!
