It is showing "Returned Bcozz it was incomplete". He never got PER as per the SGVO SS.....

NOC: 2171, App rcvd: 7th May, PER: 11th Sep, 2nd Line says: started processing on 24th Oct, 2nd line updated on: 4th Nov. Have heard some applicants in similar time range having gotten site visit from CHC but nothing for me. Though I have sent a GCMS note on 27th Jan but my mind is just restless. What are probable statuses my app could be in?

DIPM is same as CSIS. They are mainly check the security screening and criminality.

Applications for Permanent Residence from Outside Canada

Immigration and refugee applications for permanent residence that originate outside Canada or the USA are managed by the Overseas Immigrant Screening Program under which the Service shares responsibility for security screening with CIC officials based abroad.

Yes i sent both (Me & Spouse) PCC with my application.. And not require othe country PCC.

If your mailing address has changed then you have to inform them.
