Hi, so you apply alone or with your spouse? If you also support your spouse's application, but the PER does not mention his/her name, will Police Headquarter also issue the police cert to your spouse?

Is there anyone who are not able to check status via ECAS? I have facing the problem since Dec 2014. Before that, I did check once just after received my PER.

After key-in everything, it shows

We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons: etc

Anyone has same issue? Or anyone know what should I do?

Check whether you put every data correctly. Cozz E-CAS is working fine. And what is your Fee En-cashed date, PER date and AOR date??? let us know.

I suggest you make a photocopy of all the pages in the current passport and go renew the passport. Don't wait

but as i have already applied with this passport do i need to send the renewed passport to SGVO? And one more thing is before 6 months expiry date my passport is not invalid for visa. So would passport office renew my wifes passport? As this is a machine readable passport. Pls suggest. Bangladeshi apllicants also help pls/quote]

Min requirement is 12 months for passport as the letter I received from SGVO.So make sure yours is renewed send the photocopy and the renewed passport with a letter. For your wife if she has 12 months that's fine if not do the same as urs. Explain to the passport renewal office the min requirement for visa is 12 months so u need to renew.... They will normally give you.

I think u opted u from "website access of application status and address information" erroneously. send a Case Specific Enquiry to SGVO. I think u get solution immediately.

going through the SS, there are many early may applicants, who have no change in their status. Is it because their files are not in process or not updating the SS? : : :
