Below is the site for GCMS notes. There are many more. But this one is maintained by ICCRC member. But if you have any relative in Canada then through him/her you can order for GCMS. It'll take only CAD$ 5. But if you order through this site then it'll take $30.

Yes trust worthy but they are a 3rd party. They charge 25/30 dollars and take more than one month to collect gcms notes. Try the link on the CIC website. You will then get it with only 5 dollars after a month.

There are several agent who also can help u for GCMS & they will charge around 25-30 CAD...In that case u need to give consent to those agents with ur UCI & FILE Number

I spent 5$ for gcms note with the given link above and this is the authorized link of CIC....For doing so u need someone trustworthy who resides at Canada

I guess, many people have proceeded on vacation to ease their tensions and stay happy this holiday season.
That's why many might not have checked their status and therefore, not updated the SS.

From SS, it seems SGVO has not started processing any files after 21st Nov. I guess update of ss is a bit behind.
I hope we can see the ss start populating soon.

Fortune and my Medical:

Since it was taking too long to get any email/response from SG after my second line addition (9th Oct 14), I have applied for GCMS report on 18th Nov. I rcvd the report one month later...Since I am moving it took two days to read the email....

[size=13pt]And then what I have seen on the GCMS report ( @ correspondence section ) - They have sent me Medical Request on 20th Oct 14 with below docs:

1. Medical Attachment for me and spouse
2. PCC for BD and FBI report
3. Photo
4. Updated Employment letter from HR dept
5. Right of Permanent Residence Fee

They had given 60 days for all of this formalities.Whole body of the emails is written GCMS report (with all other correspondences like PER/AOR etc.).

So I have already crossed that time frame.

After that I have sent an email to SG referring to this GCMS report's email and informed them that I have not rcvd any email communication from them. They have sent me an email immediately with Medical attachment and instruction. This time they have given me 30 days and mentioned that they will refuse my application otherewise.


So after waiting of 20 months I have finally received Medical request (without receiving any prior doc req from them).

I don't think there is any purpose in looking at what I wrote from a "political" angle. I was helping that individual with a more economical choice. Here, everyone is obtaining gcms notes by the help of someone who resides in Canada or who has a legal status in Canada. My advice was for that trend.
I do NOT have to know from you how GCMS works. On a separate but relevant note, I have been observing your pretentious tone on this forum. In future, do not comment on any post that I write here. I will ensure the same.

However, after observing Asif bhai case I am really worried about my application status since I received my second line update on October 24, 2014. After that I have not received anything!! Moreover, I have not sent any GCMS note to the SGVO yet. So I am seeking guidance from the forum members.

1.Should I sent GCMS note to the SGVO or should I give a direct call to the SGVO?

2.Can anyone share SGVO customer service number where I can get the details of my application ?

3. What is the first office date after Christmas vacation for SGVO ?

5.What is the difference between GCMS and CSE (case specific enquiry) ?

6. At that stage of my application which one would be more effective GCMS or CSE ?

And while ordering GCMS you can raise CSE to SGVO asking them about your application status. You have to do all kind of communication with SGVO through CSE.

Dear Mushfiq congrats. I saw how you felt when you were not receiving PER. Mushfiq now i wana ask you something.

1. Did you put your e-mail id correctly?

2. The e-mail that you have received from CIC will be with your file number in it if not UCI. So is the file number there in the e-mail??

3. If the CIC mail contains your file number then raise a CSE asking about your application status & also mention that you didn't receive Positive Determination Of Eligibility mail from CIC and ask them to provide UCI number. Put the file number in the CSE.

You will have the reply i believe on Monday. And when you receive the reply let us know about it. Below is the CSE link

Don't worry brother. It is auto reply. But you'll get the reply on Monday or Tuesday. I made a query in the evening & next working day in the first hour they replied. So hang on buddy. I saw your agony when you were not having any news. Atleast now you know something. Hope for the best.
